How long does a session take?The pool activity takes averagely 45 minutes to 60 minutes which includes; i. 15 minutes of splash time ii. 30 minutes in-house shower and dry

Can I go in the pool with my furkids?Yes! Pawparents can join your furkids in the splash pool to create an unique bonding experience. Please contact our customer service to book your session!

What is the water type in the pool?It's normal tap water at room temperature.

Will there be anyone to look after the furkids in the pool?Yes, the pool session will be under supervision by our staff for safety and hygiene purpose.

How does the in-house shower work after the pool session?The furkids will be brought into the shower room directly after the pool session. The shower session is sponsored by our partner Himalaya and followed by a drying session. Please be reminded that it is an in-house service which is not related to any grooming services or result.

How much is the session?Each session is RM55.

Is there a cancellation policy for the Splash Pool session?Yes, we have a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 3 days in advance. The fee is not refundable but can be converted into credits for other Ollie & Hana's service.

Can I transfer my purchase to another pet owner?The splash pool purchase is non-transferable and must be used by the pet owner who made the original purchase.

Does your facility have any restrictions on the breed or size?Yes, our facility is specifically tailored to accommodate medium to small breed pets. To ensure the safety and comfort of all our furry guests, we have set the following restrictions: Weight Limit: Your pet should weigh below 20 kilograms. Height Limit: Your pet should stand below 40 centimeters in height. Temperament: We only board pets that are non-aggressive towards other dogs and humans to maintain a peaceful environment. Vaccinations: All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations to protect the well-being of all animals in our care. Skin and Coat Health: Pets must have a healthy skin and coat. Please note that these guidelines are in place to ensure the highest quality of care and a safe, enjoyable stay for all pets at our facility.
